Part 2: End User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Winds Awaken. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or playing Winds Awaken, you agree to the following terms.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
- Download and install the game on your personal devices
- Play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
2.2 Ownership
Winds Awaken and all associated content — including but not limited to code, art, models, shaders, textures, music, sound effects, level design, and story — remain the exclusive property of the developer. Your purchase grants a license to use the game; it does not transfer ownership of the game or any of its components.
2.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy or redistribute the game files to others
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game or its components
- Modify the game for redistribution or commercial purposes
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your copy of the game
- Use game assets (models, textures, music, etc.) in other projects
- Claim ownership of any part of the game
2.4 Content Creation
You ARE permitted to create and share:
- Screenshots and video recordings of gameplay (e.g., Let's Plays, reviews, streams)
- Written reviews and articles about the game
We encourage content creators to share their experiences with Winds Awaken.
2.5 Updates
Your purchase includes all future updates to the game at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the game at any time.
2.6 DRM-Free
Winds Awaken is sold DRM-free. We trust our players. Please respect this by not sharing your copy.
2.7 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL HARDWARE CONFIGURATIONS.
2.8 Limitation of Liability

2.9 Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the game in your possession.
2.10 Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States.
