Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund if:

• Your request is made within 14 days of purchase
• The game does not function as described (e.g., won't launch, crashes immediately)
• You have a technical issue that we cannot resolve

How to Request a Refund

Since all purchases are processed through Itch.io, refund requests should be submitted through Itch.io's refund system:

1. Go to your Itch.io purchase/library page
2. Find Winds Awaken in your purchases
3. Use Itch.io's built-in refund request system

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted if:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• The request is based on buyer's remorse rather than a product issue
• There is evidence of abuse of the refund system

Defective Product

If the game is defective, not as described, or unplayable due to technical issues, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the above conditions. We are committed to delivering a working product.

EU / EEA Customers

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Since Itch.io acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases, they handle this compliance. Please see Itch.io's terms for details.
